In the Basic Occupational Health and Safety Distance Education, which was organized by the Occupational Health and Safety Unit of Gazi Hospital's Chief Physician in cooperation with the Distance Education Application and Research Center, the second stage was successfully completed after the first stage. In the first phase of the training organized for Gazi Hospital employees, the training contents were made available to the personnel of our 1977 university in the administrative staff, after 1294 personnel in the 4D permanent staff, through our Center's learning management system. After one month training, the exams of the administrative personnel who participated in the second stage training were also successfully carried out through our Center's learning management system. Exam results of all personnel were shared with the Occupational Health and Safety Unit.

Thanks to the occupational health and safety trainings offered to more than 3200 personnel via distance education method, an important step has been achieved compared to face-to-face training in increasing the training opportunities of the personnel regardless of time and place. Thus, 24/7 access to course content has been made easier for the personnel who had to leave the workplace to attend the training, and the waste of paper in exam applications has been minimized.
